Last year may very well be remembered as “The Year of Crisis.” From a global pandemic, lockdowns, job loss, social unrest and a brutal presidential election, it seemed like there was no end in sight.
But while crises can be uncomfortable and certainly not something any organization wishes for, there are important lessons learned to help prevent future organizational emergencies or lessen the impact.
